Service Description

Pre-inspection: Identify any specific issues like stains, discoloration, or damage that may require special attention. Sweeping or Vacuuming: Remove loose dirt, dust, and debris from the tile surface and grout lines using a broom or vacuum cleaner. Application of Cleaning Solution: Apply a specialized tile and grout cleaning solution. Agitation: Use a brush or scrubbing tool to agitate the cleaning solution into the grout lines and on the tile surface. Dwell Time: Allow the cleaning solution to dwell on the surface for a specified period. This dwell time helps to break down and dissolve stubborn stains and contaminants. Steam Cleaning: to deep clean and sanitize the tiles and grout. Steam helps to lift dirt and kill bacteria without the need for harsh chemicals. Extraction or Rinsing: Use a high-pressure water extraction system or mop to thoroughly rinse and remove the cleaning solution along with the dislodged dirt and contaminants. Drying: Adequate ventilation or drying equipment may be used to expedite the drying process. Final Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to ensure that the tiles and grout are clean, free from stains, and restored to their original appearance.
